Teachers at the Wellspring Center for Yoga are highly qualified to teach Hatha Yoga. All have studied, practiced and
taught for many years, and continue to study and refine their craft.

Institute and has studied with Geeta and B.K.S. Iyengar in India and the United States. His emphasis is both enhancing
health and well-being and using yoga as a tool for self-discovery and understanding/encouraging students to integrate
the principles of yoga into daily life. Herb blends humor with insight to create a relaxed and challenging atmosphere.

with a strong foundation in the Iyengar tradition. Patsy takes great joy in making yoga accessible to beginners and
those with physical limitations. Through the use of breath and body awareness, she helps students of all levels to find
a balance between strength, flexibility and relaxation.
